What the decisions mean

1. ■StopTwo or more no answers in section 01. The problem isn't real, repeated or narrow enough yet.
2. ■HoldFewer than 18 yes, or must-pass gaps you can't avoid. Fix those first.
3. ■Narrow18 to 27 yes, or a must-pass gap you can step around by making the task smaller.
4. ■Build the next step28 or more yes and every must-pass question is a yes. Run a controlled pilot.
