What the questions look like
Every question is something you can answer yes or no, with an example of what a yes looks like. Here's the first section.
- 1.1A named team hits this problem every week, not once a quarter.For example: Claims handlers search four PDFs on every new motor claim.
- 1.2You know how the work is done today, and where time or trust is lost.For example: Most of the time goes on finding the excess, not reading it.
- 1.3A simpler fix, such as a rule, a search or a form, has been ruled out.For example: A template can't work because every insurer lays the pack out differently.
- 1.4The AI does one step, not the whole process.For example: Extract the cover facts, rather than “handle the claim”.
The other seven sections cover the workflow, the input, the evidence, testing, people and failure, running it, and the value. Seven questions are marked ★ must-pass: if any of them isn't a yes, it isn't ready for production, whatever the total.
